Depending on the mesh and the resolution of the textures, Neena's textures can look really really smooth and silky, which is what happened here. So even if you may not care for Maxis match hair per say, you might still like this. Welp, chiho924 asked me to take a stab at retexturing this Peggy hair. I quite like the hairstyle, but I had to remove the child and toddler ages because frankly they look terrible.
